The story

My mom told me to share it.

I grew up with this flavor in Thailand. When I moved to Sausalito I missed it enough that I had the spice sent by the pound. My mom told me to share it. So I share it here, under Fahking Bomb.

Made in Thailand, packed in California.

Ingredients: red onion, garlic, dried chili, spice, salt, sugar.

On the plate

  • Eggs

    A pinch on a fried egg. That's the test.

  • Noodles and rice

    Onion and chili are already in the jar.

  • Grilled meat

    Shake it on at the end. It hits.

  • Start small

    Not a spoon. A pinch is enough.
